HALO™ is the world’s first Hybrid Fractional Laser (HFL) which is revolutionizing resurfacing. HALO™ delivers both non-ablative and ablative wavelengths to the same microscopic treatment zone to maximize results while reducing downtime. With many referring to results as the “HALO Glow” patients experience ultimate skin revitalization with a vibrant and bright glow.
Why Choose HALO™ For Skin Resurfacing?
Our HALO™ procedure produces targeted treatment for a number of skin conditions. It is safe for use on all skin types and can address concerns on the face, neck, chest, arms, hands and legs. Patients can experience an improvement in:
- Wrinkles and fine lines
- Sun damage and pigmentary concerns
- Scars including but not limited to acne scars
- Appearance of pores
Our HALO™ uses intelligent energy delivery combined with Dynamic Thermal Optimization to ensure precise, even, safe treatments. It also integrates air cooling, providing cold air across the treatment zone to enhance how you tolerate your treatment. With only a topical anesthetic recommended, the treatment is comfortable and nearly pain-free.
How HALO™ Works
Our HALO™ applies tunable non-ablative (1470 nm) and ablative (2940 nm) wavelengths to the same microscopic treatment zone. The ablative wavelength targets the epidermis (uppermost layer of skin) to precisely vaporize tissue in a controlled manner, addressing textural issues and pore appearance. The non-ablative wavelength targets the dermis (deeper layer of skin) to address deeper sun damage and other pigment issues, as well as stimulate the production of new collagen. The hybridization of both wavelengths promotes ablative-like results with nearly non-ablative-like healing. We can adjust each wavelength independently for precise coverage and depth, customizing your procedure to best achieve your skin goals.
