There are two components to this operation. The first part is a liposculpture of the back and flanks. This process contours the back and flank curves, reshaping the back to give it a more feminine shape. The fat we collect from this first portion of the procedure will be used for the second part. During this second part we inject that fat into various parts of the buttocks to give a fuller and well proportioned buttocks. Overall, the combination of liposculpture of the back and augmentation of the buttocks can achieve a complete transformation of the back and natural lifting of the buttocks.
