Cancellation Policy for Yazdani Aesthetics

We understand that schedules can change, and we do our best to accommodate our patients. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice (2 business days) if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance:

• No charge will be applied, and any consultation fee or deposit will remain on your account, or refunded.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed appointments:

• You may forfeit your consultation fee or deposit. This helps us cover the time reserved exclusively for you.

Please note that if you cancel late on more than one occasion or miss an appointment without notice, you may be required to pay a deposit to reserve future appointments.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain smooth scheduling and high-quality care for all patients.
